The currency of our consumer data lists
The data we provide is refreshed monthly. This allows for people who have opted out to be removed, more consumer leads to be added, and details to be corrected.
The consumer records are as good as the information provided by these consumers. If someone has changed their address, phone number or email and have not updated their contact details with the original data source, their consumer record becomes out of date. We can reduce this for you by washing the consumer list and removing inactive phone numbers or email addresses.
For direct mail campaigns, we can wash the list against Australia Post’s National Change of Address Service. We’ll work with you to ensure you have the most up-to-date contact details as possible.
